The manager of SANDY KAZAKHSTAN visited an oil company in New Delhi in 2019 to discuss the technical and commercial issues regarding the 10,000bbl/day production separator. The parties discussed cooperation-related issues and technical details, and received many other suggestions for future cooperation in oilfield development. 

The three-phase production separator is designed with liquid protective casing and consists of multiple sets of high-precision instruments, durable valves and flow control equipment. The technical team of SANDY KAZAKHSTAN has equipped the separator skid with explosion-proof control and automation system with Siemens PLC. 

The vessel is designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with ASME standards, and tested and inspected by a third party designated by the customer. 

According to the customer requirements, the separator is designed for a high pressure of 1440PSI (10MPa), which is not common with ordinary oil/gas separators. The design and engineering team of SANDY KAZAKHSTAN provides customers with clear drawings and a safe operating system to facilitate the operations. 

The equipment is equipped with control and automation systems to ensure the correct operation of pressure and flow control valves and instruments to meet customer requirements for oil/gas/water separations.
